Job summary

Aylesbury-based Apprenticeship Training Supervisor role focused on Construction & Technologies. You will manage a caseload of apprentices, act as the main contact for learners and employers, and conduct regular progress reviews to ensure End Point Assessment readiness.

The position offers excellent training, pension, and a 37-hour week, with travel to other college campuses as needed. You will engage with employers, support recruitment and induction, and deliver tutorials to foster learner

Qualifications

• Experience working with apprenticeships, education or learner support.
• Experience building relationships with employers or external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for supporting young people and apprentices.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Construction & Technology apprentices.
• Act as the main point of contact for apprentices and employers.
• Conduct regular tri-partite progress reviews and monitor learner progress.
• Develop action plans to keep apprentices on track for End Point Assessment.
• Support apprentice recruitment, onboarding and induction.
• Deliver group tutorials and professional development sessions.
• Work closely with employers, curriculum teams and student services.
• Maintain learner records using OneFile and other college systems.
• Monday to Friday, 37-hour week.
