Join a well-established training provider committed to learner success and employee satisfaction. We seek a motivated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to support Level 3-5 Coaching Professional and leadership apprenticeship programmes remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor learners on relevant standards
- Deliver engaging virtual 1:1 and group coaching sessions
- Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment and ensure timely achievement
- Track progress and implement interventions
- Liaise with employers to align training with business needs
- Maintain accurate records in line with funding and Ofsted requirements
- Provide pastoral support and motivation
- Stay current with industry trends
- Prepare, review, and submit assessment plans and learner portfolios
- Conduct regular learner and employer visits
Requirements
- Vocational expertise in management, leadership, and business
- Own transport and ability to cover the South (remote delivery)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to deliver training to groups and individuals
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated team player
- GCSE A-C or equivalent literacy and numeracy
- TAQA or Assessors award (or willingness to work towards)
- NVQ/Apprenticeship L2 or L3 (preferred but not essential)
Preferred
- Experience coaching or training in apprenticeship or education settings
- Experience with Coaching Professional Level 3-5 and leadership/management programmes
- Recognised assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1)
