Salary: £31,000 – £38,000

Join a well-established training provider with a strong reputation for learner success and employee satisfaction. We’re seeking a motivated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to deliver high-impact, learner-centred support for Level 5 Coaching Professional and leadership apprenticeship programmes.

The Role
As a Skills Coach, you will manage a remote caseload of learners, guiding them through their apprenticeship journey. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality coaching, tailored support, and regular progress tracking to ensure every learner reaches their full potential and successfully completes their programme.

️ Key Responsibilities
• Coach and mentor learners on Level 5 Coaching Professional and Leadership/Management standards.
• Deliver engaging 1:1 coaching sessions and group learning via virtual platforms.
• Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA) and ensure timely achievement.
• Track progress and implement interventions where necessary to maintain engagement.
• Liaise with employers to ensure training aligns with business needs and apprenticeship criteria.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with funding and Ofsted requirements.
• Provide pastoral support and motivation to learners facing challenges.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance delivery and learner outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience coaching or training learners in apprenticeship or education settings.
• Experience delivering Coaching Professional Level 5 and/or leadership/management programmes.
• Recognised assessor qualification (e.g. CAVA, TAQA, A1).
• Level 5 Coaching qualification is highly desirable.
• Vocational expertise in Coaching and Management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confident working independently in a fully remote role.
• A genuine passion for supporting learners to thrive in their careers.
