SwiftSwitch Ltd in London’s Shoreditch is launching an Apprenticeship Sales Development Consultant program for ambitious individuals. You will learn to engage with businesses, understand their challenges and identify opportunities for our consultancy team.

Starting in a Sales Development and Lead Generation role, you will receive structured training, mentoring and apprenticeship learning to become a consultative sales professional.

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound engagement.
• Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their business needs.
• Support the sales team by booking appointments and identifying opportunities.
• Learn consultative selling techniques and how to recommend tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Consultants to deliver a great customer experience.
• Develop your understanding of utility markets and business solutions.
• Work towards individual and team targets with ongoing coaching and support.

You'll begin your journey in aSales Development and Lead Generation role, learning how to engage with businesses, understand their challenges and identify opportunities for our consultancy team. Through structured training, mentoring and apprenticeship learning, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful consultative sales professional.

Requirements
