Zusammenfassung

Middlesbrough College is seeking an Apprenticeship Recruitment Coordinator to drive apprenticeship recruitment across the region. You will engage with prospective learners, coordinate recruitment activities, and liaise with employers and internal teams to provide a seamless learner journey.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and customer-service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality guidance and support to applicants and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
• Customer Service Qualification Level 2 or above is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Make a large number of daily outbound calls to prospective candidates, building rapport and assessing career goals and suitability.
• Represent the organisation at recruitment events, careers fairs, school visits and open days to promote opportunities.
• Deliver engaging presentations to groups of varying sizes about programmes and career pathways.
• Assist learners with enquiries on eligibility, enrolment requirements, funding and support services, escalating when needed.
