Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead the Apprenticeships recruitment function in Manchester. The role focuses on learner recruitment, employer engagement, data management, and safeguarding within an established apprenticeship training provider.

You will manage the end-to-end learner journey, build strong employer partnerships, and ensure compliant recruitment practices across the programme. Office Angels offers an office-based, Monday to Friday schedule in the city centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within apprenticeships, education or a related field.
• Understanding of regulations surrounding apprenticeships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employers.
• Ability to manage multiple applicants and vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with databases and recruitment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage learner recruitment from enquiry to placement and induction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers to fill vacancies.
• Utilise recruitment systems to track applicants and report performance.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies in recruitment processes.
