Job summary

Placr Recruitment in Hove is looking for an ambitious Apprentice Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. You don’t need recruitment experience—the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

You’ll work with seasoned recruiters learning the entire recruitment journey, from sourcing candidates to helping them secure their next opportunity, supported by a structured 18-month Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths would be helpful.
• You’ll complete an 18-month Level 3 Recruitment Recruiter Apprenticeship with monthly workshops.

Responsibilities

• Search for and approach potential candidates.
• Speak with candidates to understand their skills and goals.
• Write and post engaging job adverts.
• Review CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Match candidates with permanent and temporary roles.
• Support candidates through the interview process.
• Help build relationships with clients.
• Update recruitment system and keep records.
• Support the team with business development and marketing.
• Celebrate every successful placement.
