Learn Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Teaching Assistant to support learning across our schools. You will work with class teachers to plan, deliver and evaluate activities, supporting pupils individually and in groups while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Training will lead to a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, with paid hands-on experience. Part-time and fixed-term for the apprenticeship, starting in a collaborative Trust setting.

Apprenticeship Wages. 30 hours a week, 39 weeks (38 term time + 1 week during holidays) Working pattern: Monday and Tuesdays training hours, Wednesday - 8.30am-3.15pm, Thursday - 8.45am-3.15pm , Friday - 8.45am-5.30pm (includes wrap around assistant hours). The apprenticeship will be undertaken with Leicestershire County Council under the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship.
