Job summary

Wigan & Leigh College in Greater Manchester is seeking an Apprenticeship Reviewer to manage a caseload of apprentices from induction through Gateway and End Point Assessment. You will complete regular progress reviews, monitor attendance and progress, and coordinate targeted support to drive timely progression.

You’ll also provide pastoral support, build strong employer relationships, keep records up to date in OneFile, and ensure safeguarding and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners to achieve outcomes.
• Experience managing a caseload or coordinating progress.
• Good understanding of apprenticeships and the journey.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload of apprentices.
• Complete regular progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Monitor attendance, progress and completion dates.
• Set SMART targets and action plans.
• Identify and coordinate recovery for at-risk apprentices.
• Support safeguarding, wellbeing and progression.
• Maintain accurate records in OneFile and college systems.
