Job summary

Coleg Sir Gar is seeking a Casual Training Advisor for Apprenticeship Programmes at the Pibwrlwyd Campus. The role supports delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring quality and service for learners across Wales. You will engage with employers and stakeholders to maintain and grow relationships, while meeting programme KPIs.

The position requires coordinating up to 60 apprentices, with Welsh language considerations and strong IT skills. Zero hours terms apply and compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher qualification.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with employers in the recruitment of apprentices.
• Ensure stakeholders are engaged and receive appropriate communications so apprentices complete their frameworks.
• Collaborate to meet apprenticeship programme KPIs.
• Manage a caseload of up to 60 apprentices.
