Job summary

Coleg Sir Gâr and Coleg Ceredigion are seeking a Casual Training Advisor to support apprenticeship programmes across the business. You will help ensure quality standards are met and learners receive excellent experiences and service.

You will engage with stakeholders to maintain and grow relationships and support delivery across multiple campuses in South West Wales. Welsh language considerations are part of the role with essential and desirable criteria listed.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or higher.
• GCSE English and Mathematics at minimum Grade C (or O Level equivalent).
• Competence in IT systems and packages including Word, Excel, bespoke packages and cloud-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with employers in the recruitment of apprentices.
• Ensure all key stakeholders are engaged and receive appropriate communications so apprentices complete their frameworks.
• Collaborate to ensure apprenticeship programme KPIs are met.
• Manage an allocated caseload of up to 55–60 apprentices.
