Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking an Apprenticeships and Onboarding Administrator to support the leadership team with a range of administration tasks and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for apprentices and their employers.

Reporting to the Compliance Manager and Programme & Onboarding Team Leader, you will undertake report production, data processing, eligibility checks, residency and employment status verification to meet funding body requirements.

Formación

• Strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience of working within an Apprenticeship provider is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communicator, a team player, with the ability to work on their own initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance and onboarding processes for apprentices and their employers.
• Produce reports, process data, check applicant eligibility, residency and employment status to meet funding body requirements.
• Collaborate with employers to ensure funding is reserved within Apprenticeship Service accounts and service agreements are completed.
