Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group seeks a Learning Support Assistant for our Apprenticeships Team. Based at Slough and Langley campuses with occasional travel to Berkshire College of Agriculture, you will support apprentices across programmes, help with assignments and exam prep, and develop English, maths and ICT skills.

You will work with tutors, assessors and employers to tailor learning support, including strategies for learners with SEND, autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND and disabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work with tutors, assessors and employers.
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics required.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality and data protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored learning support to apprentices across programmes.
• Assist with assignments, exam preparation and skill development.
• Collaborate with tutors, assessors and employers to remove barriers to learning.
• Deliver English, mathematics and ICT skill development to learners.
