Job summary

Aviva plc seeks an Apprenticeship Specialist – Learning and Development to shape and deliver apprenticeship programmes across multiple UK sites. You will design engaging learning experiences, coach learners and partner with People Leaders to drive progression from onboarding to completion.

Travel across sites in the UK 3–4 times a year is expected, with a 50% hybrid working model. Salary circa £35,000, plus comprehensive Aviva benefits and a collaborative culture focused on developing future

Qualifications

Proven experience designing, delivering or coordinating structured learning and development programmes is essential.
Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) and apprenticeship assessment requirements is desirable.
Excellent facilitation, coaching and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support a range of learners.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and provide constructive feedback.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple learner cohorts, priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support the design, coordination and delivery of apprenticeship programmes from onboarding through to completion.
Collaborate with apprentices, People Leaders, business stakeholders and learning partners to create engaging learning experiences.
Monitor learner progress and implement targeted interventions to help apprentices achieve goals.
