Job summary

GSR is offering an IT Engineer Apprentice position in London, combining hands-on IT support with a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification at BPP. The role spans four days of tech support for macOS devices, SaaS platforms, and workplace tech, plus one day of structured learning.

You will work with seasoned engineers, with mentoring and a focus on practical learning, mandatory curiosity, and willingness to learn. No prior commercial IT experience required.

Job description

Launch your IT career as an IT Engineer Apprentice at GSR, a global crypto trading firm. You will gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced technology environment while working towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification with BPP.

You will spend four days each week supporting the macOS devices, SaaS platforms, and workplace technology that keep our business running, with one day dedicated to structured learning. Your training and day-to-day work will be closely aligned, allowing you to apply what you learn and build the foundations of a career in engineering and technology.

You will work alongside experienced engineers who will support and mentor you throughout the programme. No previous commercial IT experience is required; we are looking for curiosity, attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn.
