Job summary

Dovetail and Slate in the United Kingdom is seeking a Learner Experience Manager to support apprenticeship programmes by coordinating activity, monitoring progress and ensuring learners receive timely support. You will work with Coaches and client stakeholders, use learner data and digital systems to identify issues early, coordinate interventions and maintain accurate learner records.

Qualifications

• Experience in apprenticeship or training environment.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with Excel and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learner activity across apprenticeship programmes.
• Monitor attendance, engagement and task completion.
• Identify learners at risk and coordinate interventions.
• Work with Coaches to keep learner progress on track.
• Schedule and coordinate coach activity against deadlines.
• Produce monthly learner progression reports.
• Track progress review attendance and line manager engagement.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to support learner re-engagement.
• Identify trends in learner and coach performance.
• Maintain accurate learner records and programme information.
• Support the apprenticeship team to improve efficiency and outcomes.
