Job summary

Leeds College of Building is seeking an Apprenticeship Assessor & Compliance Coach for Sustainable Building Services in Leeds. You will visit learners at their workplaces, assess work, and help build their evidence portfolios while guiding them to reach full potential.

Role requires NVQ Level 3 in Building Services (RAC/H&V) with experience in education/training. We offer training opportunities, strong pension and generous leave, plus flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Industrial experience in an educational/training environment is valuable.
• NVQ Level 3 in Building Services required; further qualifications supported.

Responsibilities

• Visit students in their workplace to observe installations.
• Support students to complete onsite portfolio of evidence.
• Carry out progress reviews and set targets for learners.
• Liaise with employers, teaching staff and support departments to progress apprentices.
