Role Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional service from the start
• Engaging with customers face-to-face, via phone and email to understand and advise on their needs
• Managing Service/MOT Planners and Workshop Loading, advising on vehicle schedules
• Handling customer vehicle receipt and handover, including courtesy vehicles
• Admin duties such as pre-populating job cards
• Updating customers on vehicle status and coordinating further actions

Working Hours

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in face-to-face customer service
• Experience in a busy office environment
• Exceptional customer service skills in line with manufacturer standards
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence, resilience, and professionalism
• Upselling skills
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Team player mentality

Motor Trade Aftersales experience is a plus.
