We are currently seeking an Apprentice Technician to join our dedicated team at the Lincoln branch, covering Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas for Wise Property Care. The Apprentice Technician Role

As an Apprentice Technician, you will be mentored by an experienced Technician to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to excel. You will then be able to progress to a Technician role by the end of your apprenticeship. Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out preservation works on site, including stripping and replacing timber floors, door frames, architraves, and windows
• Supporting damp proofing and removal of wall coatings, including plaster, woodworm treatments, wall tie installation, and cavity drain membrane installation
• Providing valuable advice to customers and delivering high-quality service
• Adhering to all risk assessments and health & safety measures on-site
• Ensuring sites are left clean and tidy
• Completing other tasks within the branch as required

Apprenticeship Timeline with Wise Property Care

0-12 months: Learn skills with a mentor and join our Internal Customer Services Apprenticeship Scheme.

12-36 months: After completing the scheme and obtaining your driving license, work as a full Technician. Upon meeting our standards and passing assessments, earn an NVQ in joinery or plastering, based on business needs and your preference.
