  • Assist with scheduling meetings, arranging diaries and coordinating tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is stored and updated correctly.
  • Chase general outstanding information from colleagues and external contacts as needed.
  • Support routine office tasks and help keep administrative processes running smoothly.

About The Role

As an Apprentice Team Administrator, you'll provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the Fast Track team within Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS). This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in a professional office environment, gaining hands-on experience while developing the core skills needed to become a confident and effective administrative professional.


You'll help keep everything running smoothly by supporting day-to-day office administration, preparing documents, maintaining records, handling correspondence, scheduling work, and ensuring information is accurate and well organized.
