Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant at UNIT 4, Corby Retail Park. This hands-on role places you at the heart of store operations, serving customers with a smile, promoting Star Buys, and helping drive targets while staying fully stocked.

Training runs in-store for 12 months, with no college days, culminating in Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll gain experience, be supported by your team, and have opportunities to progress toward Team Leader as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in education; available for full-time shifts.
• Eligible to work in the UK and brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Help drive store targets in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
