Job summary

Superdrug is recruiting an Apprentice Sales Assistant to join our Corby store. You’ll be at the heart of the action, serving customers, sharing our Star Buys, and helping the team meet store targets.

The training lasts 12 months in-store, with ongoing support from your team and tutor to achieve the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You’ll gain real hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in education.
• No Retail Apprenticeship completed before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys to drive sales.
• Keep the store well-presented and fully stocked.
• Learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities to progress.
• Training in-store for 12 months, followed by an assessment and progression to Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
