Job summary

Superdrug is looking for an Apprentice Sales Assistant to join our in‑store team in the UK. You will serve customers, promote Star Buys and ensure a welcoming, well‑stocked store environment.

Training will be provided in‑store over 12 months, with a clear path to the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship and potential progression into leadership roles. This role offers 39 hours per week with flexible shifts and a starting hourly rate of £9.75–£10.55.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and positive communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced shop environment.
• Interest in health & beauty products and customer experience.
• Able to work full time shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store clean, well stocked and merchandised.
• Help smash store targets through great service and teamwork.
• Complete in‑store training and progress toward Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
