Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc is looking for an Apprentice Sales Assistant to be at the heart of our busy store in Bishops Stortford. You’ll help customers, share Star Buys, and help the store meet targets in a fast-paced, hands-on role.

Training is in-store for the first year with no college days, culminating in a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. You will be supported by your team and tutor to grow and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• GCSE English & Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• No prior Retail Apprenticeship required.
• Available for full-time shifts and UK work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and provide helpful advice.
• Keep the store well-stocked and tidy.
• Complete in-store training over 12 months and work towards Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
• Progression opportunities toward team leadership.
