Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant in BishopStortford. You will serve customers with a smile, showcase Star Buys, and ensure the store is well stocked and welcoming. The training program lasts 12 months, leading to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with full support from your team and tutor.

The role is hands-on, fast-paced and offers learning opportunities to grow into a future Team Leader. You will train in-store and gain practical experience from day one.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Available for full-time shifts; not currently in education.
• Eligible to work in the UK and new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store well presented and fully stocked.
• Support the team in hitting store targets and delivering great service.
