Job summary

EE Limited is offering an Apprenticeship as a Sales Advisor in Wales. The role is a full-time sales apprenticeship with an hourly rate of £11.55 and a pathway to a starting salary of £22,527 rising to £26,116 after completion.

You will join the EE Contact Centre in Merthyr Tydfil, with uncapped commission and extensive training. The program includes an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service over 15 months, plus large discounts on EE products and an Online GP service.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; a great attitude, a friendly voice, and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone, building relationships and recommending EE products and services to suit their needs.
