Job summary

TechPoint Group in the UK is seeking an Apprentice Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced EMS environment. You will support the account management team with order entry, customer communications, and day-to-day administrative tasks while working toward a recognised qualification.

This role offers hands-on experience in sales support, ERP/CRM systems, and cross-department collaboration with production, procurement, and engineering.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the account management team with order entry and updates in internal systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments to track order progress.
• Help manage customer enquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
• Monitor email inboxes and respond or escalate queries as appropriate.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
• Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and annual leave.
• Learn and follow company procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
