Job summary

Farmfoods is recruiting an Apprentice Supervisor for our newly expanded shop in Porth. The role is full-time, 35 hours per week across five days, with pay of £13.61 per hour.

A progression path through a Retail Skills Level 3 qualification is provided, along with strong training and support. This is a hands-on management-support role requiring a friendly, reliable, and proactive approach to delivering great customer service and coordinating daily shop routines.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
• Willing to travel between sites in the area.
• Reliable and able to work in a small team.
• Flexibility with shifts and rota planning.
• Willing to complete Basic DBS (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find items.
• Provide fast, friendly till service and help packing.
• Handle stock and deliveries, restock shelves for customers.
• Open and close the shop and support the manager in leading the team.
