Job summary

Savers in Pershore is recruiting an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You’ll train in-store for the first 12 months, with no college days, and complete a Retail Level 2 apprenticeship supported by your store and tutor.

You'll be part of a busy high-street retailer, helping customers, sharing great deals, and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for teamwork, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Not currently in any education and available for full-time shifts.
• Haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Support store team to maintain Savers standards.
• Assist customers and provide great in-store service.
• Learn on the job and complete Retail Level 2 apprenticeship.
