Job summary

Savers is recruiting for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the UK. Training will be in-store over the first 12 months with no college days, focusing on customer service, product knowledge and maintaining store standards.

You will work in a fast-paced high-street environment, develop teamwork skills, and work toward Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with benefits including holiday, sick pay, Wagestream, digital healthcare, discounts and progression.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
• Has not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers in-store.
• Work as part of a team to maintain store standards and appearance.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and promotions.
