Superdrug Stores in Chelmsford is looking for an Apprentice Sales Assistant to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the action—serving customers, sharing Star Buys, and keeping shelves stocked while helping hit store targets.

Training takes place in-store over the first 12 months, culminating in a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. A hands-on role with real progression opportunities and a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts and not in education.
• Brand new to retail and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep store well-presented and fully stocked.
• Help smash store targets and learn through hands-on training.
