Job summary

Superdrug is hiring an Apprentice Sales Assistant in Chelmsford, Essex. The role is 39 hours per week, in-store training for 12 months, with a clear path to the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship and progression opportunities. You’ll learn on shift, support customers, stock shelves, and contribute to team targets.

Ideal candidates have a GCSE in English & Maths and are new to retail, eligible to work in the UK, and ready for full-time shifts with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
• No Retail Apprenticeship completed previously.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand-new to retail

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store well stocked and presentable.
• Help the team smash store targets and learn on the job.
