Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant in Beccles to join our team. You’ll help customers with a smile, showcase Star Buys and keep shelves fully stocked while contributing to store targets. This hands-on role combines learning on the shop floor with real responsibility from day one.

Your training will be in-store over 12 months, leading to the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with guidance from your team and a dedicated tutor to help you grow.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade 4/C in English and maths (or equivalent) required.
• Not currently in any form of education; available for full-time shifts.
• Haven’t completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Help smash store targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn on the job with in-store training over 12 months.
• Progression opportunities to Team Leader and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
