Superdrug is offering an Apprentice Sales Assistant role in Winchester. You will serve customers, showcase Star Buys, and ensure the store is inviting and well stocked.

The training lasts 12 months in-store, leading to Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with ongoing tutor support and potential progression to a Team Leader role. Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C), be available for full-time shifts, and be new to retail.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Not currently in any education or training.
• Available for full-time shifts.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Help smash store targets and learn through on-the-job training.
• Progress towards Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with support from mentノrs.
