Job summary

Superdrug is recruiting an Apprentice Sales Assistant to work 39 hours per week in-store, offering hands-on customer service, stock replenishment and product promotion. You will train on the job for 12 months and work towards the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with support from your team and tutor.

This role emphasizes a positive attitude, clear communication, and a passion for health and beauty, with flexible shifts and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in any education.
• Eligible to work in the UK and new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share popular Star Buys to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep the store well-presented and fully stocked while contributing to store targets.
• Engage in hands-on training for the Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship and plan a clear progression path.
