Job summary

Superdrug in Gillingham is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant to join our team. You will serve customers with a smile, feature Star Buys, keep the store well-stocked, and help drive store targets. This hands-on role provides real on-the-job training over 12 months.

You will learn on the job with in-store coaching, earn £9.75 per hour, and study for the Retail Level 2 Apprenticeship. Flexible shifts, full-time hours, and progression opportunities are available through our supportive team.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent.
• Available for full-time shifts and not currently in education.
• No Retail Apprenticeship completed previously.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Brand new to retail.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and promote Star Buys.
• Keep the store well-stocked and tidy.
• Contribute to achieving store targets.
