Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working full-time in our store, assisting with customer experience and learning retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, fun environment and opportunities for career growth. Savers Sales Assistants are valued as potential future Supervisors, with skills development and training supported by our in-house programs.

Duties include:

• Demonstrating exceptional customer service
• Understanding and maintaining the brand reputation
• Promoting products based on knowledge
• Highlighting promotional offers to meet sales targets
• Supporting promotions and stock rotation

Training is conducted in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end of training, you will review your experiences, complete a multiple-choice test, and undergo an observation. Support will be provided throughout to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Additional requirements:

• Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
• No current education commitments; available for full-time shifts
• Have not completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• No degree or more than 1 year at University
• Eligible to work in the UK
• New to retail
