Role overview

The Retail Apprenticeship involves working full-time as a store team member, assisting with customer service and learning retail operations. It's an engaging experience in a fast-paced environment, preparing you for future challenges. We value our Sales Assistants highly, recognizing their potential to become future Supervisors. We support your development with excellent in-house training and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Understanding and maintaining the brand reputation
• Promoting products using your knowledge
• Highlighting promotional offers to meet sales targets
• Supporting promotional changes and stock rotation

Training will be conducted in-store over the first 12 months, with no college days or homework. At the end, you'll review your experience, complete a multiple-choice test, and an observation. Support will be provided throughout to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Additionally, you should have:

• GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4 / C in English and maths
• No current enrollment in education and availability for full-time shifts
• No prior Retail Apprenticeship
• No more than 1 year at university or a degree
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Recent entry into retail

Pay rate: £8.65 per hour
