Job Title: Trainee Sales Advisor

Location: Malmesbury, SN16 (Initial Assignment)

We are Persimmon Homes, a FTSE 100 listed company and a leading UK house builder serving local communities across the UK, delivering around 10,000 homes annually. We operate in Scotland, England, and Wales with three house-building brands and three off-site manufacturing facilities.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing Sales Team as Trainee Sales Advisors. This role offers comprehensive training to develop your skills in selling new homes, helping you to become an industry expert and assist customers in finding their dream homes.

Please note that our Sales Advisors, including Trainees, work Thursday to Monday.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding available properties and developments
• Participate in property viewings, showcasing the benefits of new homes
• Support customers in designing their homes by demonstrating finishing touches
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-up
• Build relationships with potential buyers through excellent customer service
• Learn about the sales process to progress towards becoming a fully qualified New Homes Sales Advisor

Candidate Requirements:

• A positive attitude and passion for property and sales
• Drive and determination to succeed in a target-driven environment
• A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Availability to work Thursday to Monday
