Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc seeks an Apprentice Sales Assistant to be at the heart of our store operations, serving customers with a smile and helping maintain stock and presentation. You will receive hands-on training toward a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with in-store sessions during the first year.

Join us for a fast-paced, customer-focused role in health & beauty, where you’ll learn on the job, progress with your team, and gain a formal qualification after completing the program.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade C or 4) or equivalent
• Available for full-time shifts, not in education
• New to retail; no Retail Apprenticeship completed previously
• Eligible to work in the UK
• At least 5 Grade 4/C GCSEs including English & Maths, with one Level 3 qualification
• Not enrolled in education; available for full-time shifts

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, tidy, and fully stocked
• Promote Star Buys and help hit store targets

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4's for Scotland)
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full time shifts
• You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail,
• You need to have at least 5 Grade 4 / C GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• You must not be enrolled in any form of education and must be available for full-time shifts.
• You must not have previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK.
• This program is for individuals who are new to the retail sector. 3.
• You need to have at least 5 Grade 4 / C GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths with one at least one full level 3 qualification.
