Job summary

Superdrug is seeking an Apprentice Sales Assistant to be at the heart of the action—serving customers with a smile, promoting Star Buys, and keeping the store tidy and well stocked. You will receive in-store training over 12 months and aim to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with tutor support.

The role is ideal for someone new to retail, with strong communication, flexibility in hours, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4/C) or equivalent.
• Not currently in education and available for full-time shifts.
• Not have completed a Retail Apprenticeship before.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• New to retail with at least 5 Grade 4/C GCSEs including English and Maths.
• Not enrolled in education and available for full-time shifts.
• Not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• New to the retail sector with at least 1 full Level 3 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile and share Star Buys.
• Keep the store looking its best and fully stocked.
• Support store targets and learn to progress towards Team Leader roles.
• Receive hands-on training in-store during the first 12 months.

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4's for Scotland)
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full time shifts
• You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail, + You need to have at least 5 Grade 4 / C GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• You must not be enrolled in any form of education and must be available for full-time shifts.
• You must not have previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK.
• This program is for individuals who are new to the retail sector. 3.
• You need to have at least 5 Grade 4 / C GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths with one at least one full level 3 qualification.
• You must not be enrolled in any form of education and must be available for full-time shifts.
• You must not have previously completed a Team Leading Apprenticeship.
• You must be eligible to work in the UK.
