Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc is offering an Apprentice Sales Assistant position across UK stores. The role focuses on customer service, selling health and beauty products, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Training will be in-store for 12 months leading to a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship, with progression opportunities to team leadership.

Hours are 39 per week with shifts offered flexibly. The starting pay is £9.95 per hour, and the program emphasizes hands-on learning and career growth

You qualify if…

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths (national 4's for Scotland)
• You are not currently in any form of education, and you are available for full time shifts
• You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail, + You need to have at least 5 Grade 4 / C GCSE's (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• + You must not be enrolled in any form of education and must be available for full-time shifts.
• + You must not have previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship.
• + You must be eligible to work in the UK.
• + This program is for individuals who are new to the retail sector. 3.,

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you'll be right at the heart of the action-serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great! You'll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role that's never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we'll give you everything you need to grow-with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress. Your training will take place in-store over the first 12 months, so no college days and no homework! At the end of your training period, you will complete a discussion around your experiences and an observation of you performing your role.
