Job summary

Liquid Personnel, part of Acacium Group, in Manchester is hiring an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to begin a long-term career in recruitment while completing a Recruitment Resourcer Level 3 Apprenticeship and CERT RP qualification.

Your role includes learning to source candidates, review CVs, support campaigns, attend client and candidate meetings, and help meet team KPIs as you develop professional recruitment skills.

We are hiring an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join Liquid Personnel, one of the UK's leading specialist social work recruitment agencies and part of Acacium Group. This role profile outlines an opportunity to begin a long‑term career in recruitment while completing a Recruitment Resourcer Level 3 Apprenticeship and CERT RP qualification.

In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of specialist recruitment, supporting experienced consultants to connect talented professionals with rewarding opportunities that make a real difference. You'll gain hands‑on experience sourcing candidates, managing recruitment campaigns, building relationships and developing the skills needed for a successful recruitment career.
