Apprentice Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying. You will support our experienced surveyors on various projects, gaining skills in cost management, procurement, and contract administration.

How will you be the change?

Every role is vital in delivering peace of mind to our customers. As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor with Bellrock Consulting, you will:

• Assist in preparing cost assessments, estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Support measurement and valuation of works on site
• Help prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Learn to assess variations and manage costs
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Attend site visits and meetings under supervision
• Maintain project documentation and report progress
• Work towards a professional qualification (e.g., RICS-accredited degree)

What does it take?

If you’re eager to contribute and grow as an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you should have:

• GCSEs (including Maths and English) at grade 4/C or above; A-levels or equivalent preferred
• A genuine interest in construction and property
• Strong numeracy, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Working arrangements

We offer flexible working practices. The successful candidate will work from our London Paddington office two days a week, with the remaining days working remotely.
