We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying. You will support experienced surveyors on various projects, developing skills in cost management, procurement, and contract administration.

How will you be the change?

We believe every role is essential in providing peace of mind for our customers. As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Assist in preparing cost assessments, estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Support measurement and valuation of works on-site
• Help prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Assess variations and manage cost control
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Attend site visits and meetings under supervision
• Maintain project documentation and report progress
• Undertake academic studies towards a professional qualification (e.g., RICS-accredited degree)

What does it take?

If you’re ready to contribute energy to our business, you’ll need:

• GCSEs (including Maths and English) at grade 4/C or above; A-levels or equivalent preferred
• A genuine interest in construction and property industry
• Strong numeracy, communication, and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Working arrangements

We offer flexible working practices. The successful candidate will work from our London Paddington office two days a week and can work remotely for the rest of the week.
