Job summary

N Family Club in Buckhurst Hill is seeking an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to rotate through nursery rooms and Forest School, gaining hands-on experience across our nurseries. The apprenticeship will lead to an Early Years qualification and potential progression into a qualified educator role within the group.

The program combines practical learning with our N Academy, offering strong progression opportunities, a supportive environment, and a focus on safeguarding and child welfare.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship training in Early Years (level 2 or level 3 depending on experience).
• Willingness to rotate around nursery rooms and Forest School.
• Commitment to safeguarding procedures and child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Rotate around nursery rooms and Forest School to gain hands-on experience.
• Deliver learning through play and support the team in daily routines.
• Progress toward becoming a qualified educator, with potential managerial or specialist paths.
• Work a full-time 40-hour week with six hours allocated to learning.
• Maintain excellent relationships with parents and support child development.
