Job summary

N Family Club in London is offering an Apprenticeship Nursery Practitioner position (Level 2 or Level 3) with rotation through nursery rooms and Forest School, combining hands-on experience with accredited training.

Qualifications

• Be 16 or over.
• Not already in full-time education.
• Complete Early Years apprenticeship standard as part of the role.
• Willingness to learn through a mix of on-the-job training and academy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate around nursery rooms and Forest School to gain hands-on experience.
• Support delivery of learning through play and child welfare practices.
• Build positive relationships with parents and work on safeguarding procedures.
• Follow flexible shift patterns within 7am–7pm opening hours.
