To assist in providing a fleet transport maintenance and repair service to support frontline service delivery throughout Bolsover District Council areas.
An Apprenticeship opportunity exists within our Transport team. The successful candidate will receive training in all aspects of light and heavy vehicle repairs and contribute to the maintenance of the Council’s fleet of vehicles, plant, and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within the automotive industry, learning how to carry out vehicle repairs in a safe and responsible manner.
To develop these skills, you will undertake the Institute of the Motor Industry Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician qualification, in addition to receiving training to gain an Emergency First Aid Certificate.
