The Growth Company: Education & Skills is offering an apprenticeship role focused on finance support. You will handle premium receipts, perform reconciliations, and manage broker statements while developing essential accounting skills in a structured training program.

You will receive full training and support to achieve your apprenticeship goals, with a clear path to professional growth within the finance function. Strong Excel skills and adaptability are required.

Formación

• GCSE Maths and English at grades 4–9 required.
• A Levels preferred for progression into finance/insight roles.
• Interest or awareness of Insurance/Finance industries is beneficial.

It is vital that you are proficient in excel and have a flexible approach to changing requirements when supporting the finance function, are confident and can prioritise effectively

A Normal Day Would Include

• Allocation and posting incoming premium receipts


• Reconciliation and settlement of receivable / debtor accounts


• Handling broker statements and dealing with associated queries


• Other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties
