Job summary

N Family Club in Winchester is seeking an Apprentice Educator to gain hands-on experience while pursuing an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3). You will rotate around nursery rooms, provide safe, inspiring care, and transition into a qualified educator role after completing your apprenticeship.

You’ll learn the N Curriculum, support daily routines, build relationships with parents, and work toward your Early Years qualifications while earning a competitive annual salary.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, just passion for education.
• Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning through play ethos and curriculum with care and flair.
• Support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions between activities.
• Plan engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Observe, assess and plan for key children with high quality methods.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with safety policies.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to the apprenticeship path and gain Early Years qualifications.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands‑on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
• Learn to plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
• Learn how to carry out high‑quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
• Learn how to build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Learn how to support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
